Sr. Power Apps Developer Exp: 6 - 9 years Loc: Bangalore/Chennai Notice: 0 - 30 days Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps. Automate business processes using Power Automate flows (Cloud flows, Scheduled flows). Develop and maintain solutions integrated with SQL (Cloud & On-Prem) - including queries, stored Procedures etc. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement data connectors, custom connectors, and integration with Dataverse, SQL, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools. Manage app lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards. Provide user training and documentation for the developed solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to apps, flows, and SharePoint content. Collaborate with IT and business teams for integration and enhancement of solutions. Document solution architecture, processes, and configurations In-depth understanding of Power Platform security, including environment strategies, data policies, and permission models Required Skills Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven). Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop). and SQL. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop & Power Pages. Good understanding of MS SQL, Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, and custom APls. Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, OData, Graph APIs and REST APIs. Experience working with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Forms, and OneDrive integrations. Understanding of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and modern SharePoint sites. Ability to write and debug Power Fx, Expressions, and Flow conditions. Experience with permissions, versioning, and SharePoint governance. Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform using solutions and environments. Familiar with developing .Net plugins and integration with model driven apps. Create and manage Custom Connectors to integrate with external APIs and data sources Implement role-based security, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and best practices to secure Power Platform solutions. Good to Have: Experience with Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) Exposure to building solutions using Power Pages Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform
