Education - BE / Diploma in Mechanical , Painting Technology

Experience - 08-10 yrs

Location - Hinjewadi

Skills - CED , Plating , automotive sheet metal

Experience in Sheet Metal Stamping , Plating , shop Blasting , Painting , Liquid or Spray painting.

Must have hands on experience of entire process of Powder coating. Must be able to give training to unskilled & new workers.

In-depth knowledge of paints/ various painting processes (ED, Powder Coating etc.).
Supervise and train the powder coating team, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
Address and resolve any customer issues related to powder coating.
Ensure proper maintenance of powder coating equipment and facilities.
Supervising of Powder Coating Unit.
Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations related to powder coating operations.
