Role & responsibilities - (PAINT SHOP) 1. Knowledge of CED and Topcoat processes. 2. Knowledge on process analysis, monitoring and trouble shooting. 3. Experience in production follow-ups, quality monitoring and customer handling. 4.Knowledge on Plant maintenance like process conveyor, spray both. 5.Knowledge of SAP for production entry and warehouse stock entry. 6.Knowledge of FIFO, QC, Kaizen, 5S. 7.Knowledge of system auditing like IATF , EMS , OSHAS and TPM . 8. Ability to handle shift, manpower, warehouse. 9.The ability to communicate well with store / purchase / sales / assembly / production and maintenance department. 10. Knowledge of jig design, process changes to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve safety facilities. 11. Meeting the targets related to SQDCME Preferred candidate profile Relevant hands-on experience in CED Paint Shop Management in a large Automotive component manufacturer. Excellent data and record management. Good communication and internal personal skills.

EXPERIENCE 2 -3 years of experience in any reputed Elevator Industry / Eqvt Engineering industry ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRES 1. Working knowledge in a computer aided design (CAD) drafting & Creo Modelling software, PLM Systems is essential. 2. Knowledge in Windows / Microsoft Office based applications. 3. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Production (Paint Shop) to oversee our paint shop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production processes, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. This role requires a strong leader with a background in manufacturing and a passion for excellence in production methodologies. Roles and Responsibilities • Lead and manage daily operations of the paint shop to ensure efficiency & adherence to safety, Quality, Velocity and Cost standards. • Manage and supervise the paint shop team, including performance management and training. • Responsible for skill development of Painters • Responsible for the Process & Outgoing Quality to meet the specification • Responsible for Issue resolution through the problem-solving capability (RCCA) • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands. • Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all paint shop equipment. • Monitor and control inventory of paint and related supplies. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. • Prepare and manage budgets, and report on performance metrics. • To maintain the Paint Plant in acceptable standard of cleanliness/housekeeping

Role & responsibility Establish Surface Finishing (Paint, Plating, Powder Coating) Process at different supplier during new parts development. Supplier Quality Assurance for above processes, Regular Communication ,Audit & Continual improvement Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have sound knowledge of surface finishing Processes Like ACED, Powder coating , ZN plating Ni Cr Plating etc. This Include Substate condition , Pretreatment, Finishing Process and Defect phenomenon Candidate should be able to do root cause analysis & take countermeasure jointly with supplier to achieve desired Quality consistency
