Role Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Portrait Image Editor to lead and enhance our image editing team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in high-end portrait editing, ghost mannequin work, and advanced model retouching. This role demands not only technical expertise but also leadership, creativity, and the ability to

uphold and elevate our visual standards across projects. The Senior Editor will also be responsible for participating in trial projects and providing accurate estimations for effort and timelines to support project planning and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in portrait image editing, including ghost mannequin and advanced retouching.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior editors, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in output.
• Review, critique, and approve edits to maintain the highest creative and technical standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and editors to understand client requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Develop and implement workflows, best practices, and QC processes to optimize team performance.
• Handle complex editing tasks independently and set benchmarks for quality across all projects.
• Participate in trial projects and provide accurate effort/time estimations to support project planning, costing, and resource allocation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related editing tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in ghost mannequin, portrait retouching, and advanced photo manipulation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong eye for aesthetics, skin tones, lighting, and overall composition.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver consistent results.
• Prior experience in jewellery editing or luxury product imagery is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Important Note: Applicants must be open to working in US and UK shifts.
