Candidate should have sound knowledge of Project Planning & Scheduling ofresidential, Infra & Plotted Development Projects.
Candidate should develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, MicrosoftProject & Office.
Prepare & Monitor project progress reports and update schedulesperiodically.
Prepare and present all project reports such as MIS, RERA Documents,Progress meetings Presentations, Project cashflow, etc .
Candidate should have sound knowledge of day-to-day construction work.
Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities & Effective communicationskills.
Coordination with Project Manager, consultants, contractors, vendors.
Sound knowledge of IS codes & construction standards.
