Sr. Placement Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Placement Executive with strong industry connections and a proven track record of driving student placements across multiple sectors. This is a field-intensive role, requiring proactive employer engagement and close collaboration with training teams to deliver target-driven results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate student placements at centre & block levels

• Generate Letters of Intent (LOIs) as per project requirements

• Build and sustain relationships with employers & industry partners

• Achieve placement targets through active engagement

• Align job roles with industry demand by working with training teams

• Travel frequently to field locations

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of core experience in placement roles (mandatory)

• Strong industry network & client connections

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently & take initiative.

Location: Kolkata

Salary range: 1.80 Lpa-2.16 Lpa
