Your Role:
Manage & optimize Meta + Google Ads
Drive conversions & revenue with data-backed strategies
Analyze ROAS, CPA, CVR, and run A/B tests
Align paid media with brand goals
Maximize customer acquisition via smart ad spends
You Have:
• 4+ years in performance marketing
• Proven success with Meta & Google Ads
• Sharp analytics & UTM/GA skills
• D2C or beauty/wellness brand experience is a bonus
• Shopify & first-party data knowledge is a plus
