Job Description

Overview

Network & Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot all types of network issues involving
BGP, OSPF, MPLS
, switching, and security.
Recreate issues in
GNS3, EVE-NG
, or similar simulation platforms to analyze problems and validate solutions.
Document recreated issues, root cause, lab setup, and final resolution.
Work with
SNMP, MIB
, and network monitoring tools.
Configure and support multiple vendor devices (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc.).
Support ISP-grade network environments and routing setups (preferred).
Use advanced monitoring/automation protocols like
Telemetry, NetConf, RestConf, TR-069
.
Collaborate with teams on upgrades, optimization, and network improvements.

Required Skills

5–6 years
of experience in networking and security.
Strong command-line troubleshooting skills.
Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and core routing/switching concepts.
Experience with multi-vendor network equipment.
Practical experience in
GNS3/EVE-NG
for lab testing and issue simulation.
Knowledge of
CCNA/CCNP
;
CCIE
is a strong advantage.
ISP network experience is a plus.
