Job Description

About The Role :: Responsible for overall coordination of the incident management process for all P1/P2/P3/P4 Site down Incidents. RCA Follow up on DAS, DRAN, ODC Phase SC, IDSC, Femto down Sites Coordinating interfaces between POD, Vendors teams (L1, L2 and L3 team) and SXC operations team Co ordination with L1 /L1.5 Team on Site down Monitoring Detailed RCA Tracking and Analysis Drive all the actions, risks, issues in RAN POD with different Vendors and stakeholders. Investigating assigned problems through to resolution or root cause Coordination of Field visit activities with Vendors and update status with Rakuten Senior Management person. Coordinating actions of others as necessary to assist with analysis and resolution actions for problems and known errors Reviewing incident data to analyze assigned problems / issues. Analyzing problems for correct prioritization and classification Establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable. Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process Reviewing incident data to analyze assigned problems / issues. Analyzing problems for correct prioritization and classification Experience in Telecommunication Domain is essential and required. Ready to work in 24*7 support model. Excellent communication skills and flexible to perform assigned tasks. Prepare and Publish Major incident review and coordinate effectively for RCA resolution with Problem management team. Work in conjunction with respective parties/vendors to drive the improvements and performance Excellent in data Analysis, Presentation (PPT, Interpersonal), project management skills. Qualifications: Experience in ITIL based service delivery management especially in Incident Management process. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in ITIL/ Incident Manager Role. Must have experience in Telecommunication domain. Must have very good communication both written and verbal skills. Good in co ordination and communication. Strong attention to details and technicalities. Good interpersonal and multi tasking skills. Prompt and accurate status reporting.
