Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Network Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the convergence of IT and OT networks, spearheading the implementation of Industry 4. 0 solutions for our manufacturing environment. You will leverage your expertise in network engineering, OT/ICS security, and Industry 4. 0 technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of strategies for IT/OT network convergence, ensuring secure and reliable data flow between IT and OT systems.
Champion the adoption of Industry 4. 0 solutions within the manufacturing environment, evaluating, selecting, and implementing appropriate technologies.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (IT, OT, Operations) to understand and address network security requirements specific to industrial control systems (ICS).
Leading support for secure remote access solutions for authorized personnel to access manufacturing equipment and systems.
Develop and maintain network architecture documentation for both IT and OT environments, adhering to the Purdue Model for OT/ICS network security.
Stay uptodate on emerging trends and technologies in IT/OT convergence, Industry 4. 0, and OT/ICS security.
Implement network segmentation using firewalls, VLANs, and access control lists (ACLs) to restrict traffic flow between IT and OT systems.
Prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities in a timely manner to mitigate the risk of cyberattacks and unauthorized access.
Participate in network capacity planning, network performance optimization, and troubleshooting network issues.
Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal network performance and security.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations related to IT/OT security.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree a plus).
Minimum 10+ years of experience in network engineering, with a strong understanding of IT and OT network concepts.
Experience with the Purdue Model for OT/ICS network security is highly desirable.
Hands on experience on Cyber Threat detection tools will be added advantage.
Experience in a manufacturing environment network is a strong advantage.
Indepth knowledge of network security principles and best practices (firewalls, VPNs, access control).
Excellent understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, etc ).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
