Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems using NestJS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and DevOps. Architect scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices. Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices. Manage and mentor a team of developers, guiding them technically and professionally. Break down project requirements and delegate tasks effectively. Stay updated with the latest technologies and advocate for continuous improvement. Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies. Required Skills: 5+ years of backend development experience with at least 2+ years in NestJS. Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and microservice architecture. Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure). Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and clean code principles. Experience with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies. Nice to Have: Experience with GraphQL. Knowledge of frontend technologies like Angular or React. Previous leadership experience in agile teams. Contribution to open-source or tech community involvement.
