Sr Motion Graphics Designer

What You’ll Do:

• Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality motion graphics, 2D/3D visuals, and video content for digital, social, and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Production teams to bring brand stories to life.
• Develop storyboards, design frames, and animation sequences that align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
• Manage end-to-end motion design projects — from concept ideation to final delivery.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, technologies, and motion tools to bring fresh creative energy to every project.

Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, storyboarding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with 3D animation or motion tracking workflows.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute projects independently with creative precision.
• Excellent sense of timing, rhythm, typography, and composition.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D.
• Experience in sound design, color grading, or advanced video editing.
• Familiarity with UI motion design, social media trends, and brand storytelling.
• Basic understanding of VFX, Rotoscoping, or Compositing techniques.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
