We have an opening for Sr. Mngr / Manager - Product Marketing, BU PFC for Electronic Component Mfg Industry - MNC Interested candidates can mail your updated CV at unihr02@gmail.com Experience: 10 to 20 years Education: B.E / B.Tech (Electrical or ECE), MBA preferred Location: Mumbai / Nashik / Bangalore Key Responsibilities Lead Product Marketing for Power Factor Correction (PFC) and Harmonic Mitigation solutions (PF Capacitors LV/MV, Key Components LV/MV, Hybrid APFC Panels, AHF/SVG) across Europe, Turkey, and Africa Lead the Field Application Function for the same portfolio, supporting sales and customer projects Manage price positioning , go-to-market strategies , promotions, demand generation, and pre-sales support Oversee Product Management : product roadmap, lifecycle management, gap analysis, and new product business cases Own Price Management : list price rollout, special price approvals, and product mix optimization to meet margin targets Drive Market Communication : plan marcom activities for product launches, organize high-impact launch events, digital marketing campaigns, and coordinate exhibitions and seminars Provide structured feedback to global product marketing and R&D teams to enhance product features and processes Conduct market research and intelligence : competition benchmarking, FAB matrix, battle cards, tender documentation, and sales tools Submit techno-commercial offers , track opportunity pipelines, and ensure alignment with customer project processes Lead training and competency development for internal teams, distributors, panel builders, and technical partners, especially for commissioning and programming AHF/SVG solutions and PF controllers Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support to internal sales teams and value-added partners Build partner competency for conducting harmonic audits and driving brownfield site lead generation Guide partners in selecting appropriate AHF/SVG or hybrid solutions based on SLD/load list analysis Innovation and Enablement Create application notes , success stories , and use cases Develop customer-specific architectures and proof of concepts (POCs) Support sales and business development in converting targeted customers: end users, panel builders, consultants, and OEMs Promote consultative selling with the specifier community Develop and refine design and selection tools for AHF/SVG and hybrid solutions Candidate Requirements Education : Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics & Communication Engineering (MBA is an added advantage) Experience : 10–20 years in Sales , Business Development , or Product Marketing with a background in: Power Factor Correction Harmonic Mitigation LV/MV Electrical Distribution Systems Strong business acumen and analytical capability Excellent communication and influencing skills Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships at various organizational levels Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus Self-motivated, proactive , and able to work independently in a cross-cultural environment
