Sr. MEP Engineer

• Lead and supervise a team of MEP technicians, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists.
• Assign tasks to team members based on their expertise and ensure they are performed safely and efficiently.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Ensure all workers adhere to safety protocols and follow worksite regulations.
• Supervise the installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems as per design specifications.
• Ensure that all MEP systems are installed with precision, meeting industry standards and project requirements.
• Oversee the installation of energy-efficient systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with the project manager, engineers, and other trades to schedule and execute work tasks.
• Communicate daily with the site manager to provide updates on progress and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with other foremen to resolve any system clashes between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure the team follows all required safety practices and regulations, especially related to working at heights and handling heavy equipment.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to address potential hazards and improve safety awareness on-site.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and other legal requirements specific to high-rise buildings.
• Conduct regular inspections of ongoing installations to ensure work quality and adherence to drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Identify and address any discrepancies or defects in the installation of MEP systems.
• Perform final inspections and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure their proper functioning before handover.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
