Job Description

Sr. MBD Engineer

Bachelor's Degree - (Electronics and Telecom, Electronics Electrical, Computer science)
Design and implement dynamic plant models in MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape for automotive or industrial systems.
Configure and deploy models to dSPACE real-time hardware using ConfigurationDesk.
Define and manage I/O mappings, signal routing, and interface configurations between Simulink and dSPACE systems.
Collaborate with control systems, software, and validation teams to support HIL testing workflows.
Optimize models for real-time execution and ensure compliance with system-level requirements.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in model-based development environments
Proficiency in Requirement analysis.
Hands on Experience on Powertrain module.
Knowledge of CAN, LIN, or other automotive communication protocols.
Experience in performing technical reviews and handling technical issues
Experience in performing and reviewing estimation.
Good understanding of various development Processes related to E& E.
Experience in training team members.
Good Exposure to Automotive industry experience.
Good understanding on mitigating risks.

Experience in customer interaction

Secondary skill sets

Good communication skill Oral and written; Good presentation Skills.
