Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Target Corporation India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing project management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Create and manage budgets for marketing projects, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in marketing project management with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, campaign development, and analytics.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
Experience with marketing automation tools and software, such as Marketo or HubSpot.
