Sr Marketing Officer / Marketing Officer

Job Description: We are hiring at IBS Mohali for the position of Sr. Marketing Officer / Marketing Officer. This is a full-time on-site role focused on marketing and admissions. Key Responsibilities: Promote IBS full-time management programs through direct outreach. Interact and counsel students and parents to guide them on program offerings. Coordinate with college/university heads and coaching centers. Deliver presentations at institutional and individual levels. Maintain long-term relationships with leads and institutional partners. Monitor market competition and generate daily activity reports. Candidate Requirements: Must-Have: Minimum graduate degree (any stream) Fluency in English and local language Basic computer skills including MS Office and internet tools 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing (education, insurance, banking, or hospitality sector preferred) Good local area knowledge (Mohali and surrounding region) Nice to Have: Fresh graduates from ICFAI University may also be considered. Demonstrated success in previous sales/admission roles will be an advantage Compensation: ₹25,000 per month (starting salary) Dearness Allowance (DA) and Performance-Based Incentives (linked to daily activities and results) Experience Level: 2 to 5 years (Relevant field preferred) Education: Minimum Graduation Age Preference: 25 to 29 years (No discrimination intended; this is to align with internal organizational requirements.
