Sr. Marketing Manager

You are an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the Trivandrum & Kollam regions. Your primary focus will be on maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying and acquiring new clients, and coordinating closely with the in-house technical marketing team for engineers-based support. You will also drive and implement regional marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in senior-level sales and marketing, along with an MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification. Strong communication and client relationship skills are essential, and experience in the electrical or engineering product sector would be preferred. An engineering background would be considered an added advantage. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shift with additional perks such as performance bonus and yearly bonus. The work location is in person, requiring your physical presence.
