Job Overview:
We//'re hiring a Senior Marketing Head to lead our university//'s marketing efforts. You//'ll build and run a focused marketing plan using digital media, events, PR, and campus outreach to raise our brand profile and meet student enrollment goals. You//'ll guide a small team, manage resources well, track campaign results, and help improve our reach with smart and hands-on leaders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead a small marketing team-assign tasks, mentor members, and make sure campaigns run smoothly and on time.

• Create and carry out a clear marketing strategy using social media, email, SEO, events, public relations, and campus outreach to attract students.

• Manage marketing budgets-decide how to spend money on different campaigns and make sure we get a good return.

• Track campaign outcomes-like lead generation, social reach, conversions, and ROI-and report simple insights to leadership to guide improvements.

• Do basic market and competitor research to stay in tune with trends in university marketing and find new opportunities.

• Adjust marketing tactics as needed based on what//'s working and what//'s not.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor//'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience running a small marketing team and leading campaigns personally.
  
• Strong digital marketing know‑how-especially in social media, email, SEO-along with PR, events, and outreach.
  
• Solid budgeting and analytics skills-able to manage costs and measure ROI.
  
• Good at mentoring others, clear about delegating tasks, and organized in ensuring everything is done on schedule.
  
• Comfortable reviewing data, spotting trends, and tweaking strategies quickly to get better results.
