Sr. Marketing Head

As a Senior Marketing Head at our university, your primary responsibility will be to lead our marketing efforts to enhance our brand profile and achieve student enrollment goals. You will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy utilizing various channels such as digital media, events, public relations, and campus outreach. Managing a small team, overseeing resources efficiently, monitoring campaign performance, and contributing to expanding our reach will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a small marketing team by assigning tasks, providing mentorship, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. - Develop and implement a coherent marketing strategy encompassing social media, email marketing, SEO, events, PR, and campus outreach to attract prospective students. - Manage marketing budgets effectively by allocating funds across different campaigns to maximize returns. - Monitor and analyze campaign outcomes including lead generation, social reach, conversions, and ROI, and present actionable insights to the leadership for strategic enhancements. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of trends in university marketing and identify new opportunities. - Adapt marketing tactics based on performance evaluation to optimize results. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in leading small marketing teams and personally spearheading successful campaigns. - Proficiency in digital marketing, particularly in social media, email marketing, and SEO, complemented by skills in PR, event management, and outreach. - Strong budgeting and analytical abilities to effectively manage costs and evaluate ROI. - Effective mentorship skills, adept at delegating tasks, and well-organized in ensuring timely completion of all activities. - Comfortable with data analysis, trend identification, and swift adjustment of strategies to drive improved outcomes.
