Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Management professional to lead product strategy, development, training, and marketing initiatives in the Ayurveda, Pharma, or Nutraceutical industry. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, doctor engagement, and driving business growth across ethical and OTC product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  product lifecycle

  and new product development
• Conduct

  market research

  , competitive intelligence, and portfolio analysis
• Develop scientific content, marketing materials, and product communication
• Lead

  doctor engagement

  , CME programs, and medical training
• Execute ethical, brand, and OTC marketing strategies
• Train internal teams, clients, agencies, and distributors
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain
• Oversee

  product surveillance

  and post-launch monitoring

Qualifications

• BAMS/MD (Ayurveda) OR B.Pharm/M.Pharm OR B.Sc/M.Sc
• Minimum

  8 years

  of experience in product management in Ayurveda/Pharma/Nutraceutical industries
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with understanding of industry trends & customer needs
• Willingness to travel across India
