Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Officer located in Thrissur, have to travel pan India for Business development. The Product Officer will be responsible for overseeing product training,evaluating Business Development Executives(BDEs), analyzing data, and monitoring financial aspects related to products. The role involves regular communication and collaboration with various departments to ensure products meet the company's standards and objectives.He will be the first person to contact for any product related queries from sales forces.He will be the person for evaluating BDEs as a mentor.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation
Experience in Finance management related to product budgeting and cost analysis
Proficiency in Product Management and Project Management skills for overseeing product lifecycle and project execution
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Masters or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry,Biochemistry or Botony,B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Previous experience in the health or wellness industry is an added advantage
