As the Manager Strategy Alliance & Communication at Building Material Reporter (BMR), a leading media house in Delhi specializing in the Architecture & Building Construction Industry, your role will involve: - Devising strategies and plans for organizing conferences and conclave events. - Coordinating effectively with the sales team and providing necessary assistance. - Conducting research to explore new topics for upcoming conferences. - Identifying and inviting quality individuals to participate as panelist speakers. - Maintaining strong relationships with Architects, Designers, Consultants, and existing brands. - Developing new strategies and supporting the team in acquiring new brands. - Negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms. - Staying updated on industry trends to spot new opportunities. - Collaborating with internal teams to create innovative advertising solutions. - Travelling to new cities along with team members for on-ground research and conference organization. Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication or MBA in Marketing. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience, preferably in print media, electronic media, digital media, or conference organizing. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - In-depth knowledge of the industry and current trends. - Experience in the building materials and related industries would be advantageous. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Strong organizational and time management abilities.
