Job Description: You possess a Go-getter attitude and follow through on commitments related to delivery. You take ownership of both failure and success. You maintain ethical standards regarding leads gathered and commitments made to customers. You have a deep understanding of the product and its Unique Selling Points (USPs). You adhere to the sales process which includes building rapport, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and facilitating decision-making. You ensure the team follows the set process for data capturing and track their progress daily. You inspire action, support, and boost the confidence of your team members. Your responsibilities include achieving topline business sales targets for the assigned project on a monthly basis, both individually and through the team. You cascade down the targets within the team and ensure they are met. You implement Sales Strategies as planned by Management, including discounts, offers, and schemes for the assigned project. You generate leads through cold calling and other sources, managing a proper Lead Management system to tap into new business opportunities. Additionally, you assist Project Heads in conducting Consumer Surveys, competitor analysis, and Market analysis to align sales strategies effectively. You maintain regular contact and build rapport with Banks for Project Approvals and facilitation of loans as required by customers. You are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all sales and revenue data for the Project handled. Furthermore, you publish monthly and quarterly reports to management and other stakeholders for analysis, categorizing with respect to flats, shops, or other office spaces sold, and providing inventory status. You work closely with the Collection Team to keep outstanding collection amounts low and continuously improve. You encourage and guide the team on effective collection techniques.
