Known for its strong focus on quality, innovation, and compliance, the company manufactures a wide range of Pharmaceutical formulations under stringent regulatory standards for both domestic and international markets. Role Overview We are hiring for a senior-level engineering rol e to lead the engineering functio n at a manufacturing site in Bangalore. The role involves overseeing engineering operations, managing utilities and maintenance, driving capital projects, and ensuring compliance with global quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage al l engineering and maintenance operatio ns at the manufacturing site. Oversee plan t utiliti es (HVAC, water systems, compressed air, boilers, etc.) for uninterrupted operations Driv e preventive and breakdown maintenan ce activities with strong documentation and tracking Plan and execut e capital and infrastructure projec ts within budget and timelines Ensure full compliance wit h GMP, EHS, and other regulatory norms Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams for plant readiness and efficiency Lead energy conservation, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives Mentor and manage th e engineering te am to deliver operational excellence Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering Minimum 15 years of experie nce in pharma or FMCG manufacturing environments Strong understanding of engineering in a regulated, formulation-based manufacturing setup Hands-on experience wi th plant utilities, automation systems, and EHS protocols Proven track record in leading engineering at plant level , including managing large teams Experience in regulatory aud its, SOP creation, and compliance-driven operations Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
