• Lead and manage a team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of underwriting support and related services.
• Evaluate, analyze, and interpret treaty reinsurance contracts across multiple lines of business.
• Interpret treaty terms, conditions, and pricing structures to assess risks and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including brokers, reinsurers, and underwriting managers to support day to day activities meeting agreed KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to underwriting authority guidelines, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• 8+ Years of relevant exposure in Reinsurance and Treaty industry in Underwriting.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any relevant field
