Job Description

Should be able to have hands on experience in CNC, VMC, HMC machines. Ability to guide operators on setting and running of components on CNC machines.

Process planning and routing preparation for complete manufacturing of new bearing types including shop floor and vendor support/guidance.

Responsible to identify all tooling and fixturing requirements for new drawings released/project.

Responsible for time estimation and ensuring data thru IFS.

Responsible to continuously strive /champion for continuous improvements.

Responsible to monitor std times vs actual times and draw action plans for implementation.

Working on CNC programs optimisation and processes.

Responsible for constantly working on improvements and removal of non-value added activities in mfg processes.

Production planning and scheduling activities

Estimation and process planning for new customer designed jobs.

ISO, EMS and OSHAS knowledge and working on them is mandatory.

Facing internal audits and action plans to close the gaps. Should have experience in unionized companies.

Should have experience in workers long-term wage settlements.

Knowledge on Quality Management System, Kaizen, Cost Reduction, NPD, Inventory Management, PPC and Maintenance.

Should be able to handling team and Manpower strength about 100 employees.

PPT & Presentation skills are required.
