Sr. Manager Product

As a Sr. Manager Product, you will play a crucial role in leading technology initiatives, driving product and process automation, and managing cross-functional stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the tech team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable digital solutions across various business functions. - Owning and managing the complete technology stack with a strong focus on marketing automation and operational efficiency. - Overseeing and optimizing the integration of software like Lead Squared CRM to ensure seamless lead management and customer engagement. - Implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) for seamless learning delivery. - Building and executing automation workflows using marketing tools, CRMs, and communication platforms to streamline lead nurturing, onboarding, and customer support processes. - Collaborating closely with internal teamsSales, Marketing, Product, and Operationsto understand business needs and translate them into effective tech solutions. - Managing relationships with external vendors and technology partners to ensure smooth and reliable system performance. - Mentoring and managing a high-performing tech team, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to quality and security standards. - Defining key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring performance for the tech team, and regularly reporting progress to senior management. Your qualifications should include: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 8-10 years of hands-on experience in tech leadership roles. - Proven experience with LeadSquared, Ozonetel, and LMS platforms. - Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM integration. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Proficient in project management methodologies and agile practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with multiple priorities.,
