Sr Manager New Business & Growth

The role of a Sr. Manager - New Business & Growth is crucial in driving new client acquisition, expanding client portfolios, and fueling business growth through innovative strategies and relationship management. Reporting to the leadership team, you will spearhead efforts to identify growth opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and enhance market presence. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across target industries such as BFSI, FMCG, sports nutrition, and F&B. You will develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion, aligning with overall business objectives. Building lasting relationships with clients, conducting market analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading pitching processes will also be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in business development or growth roles, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry. You must possess strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and expertise in creating and executing business development strategies. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and leadership experience are also essential.
