Sr Manager - Network Operations & Support

Responsibilities:

vInstalling and configuring CISCO/Versa/Fortiner/Lavelle SD-WAN Routers

vInstallingandConfiguringaNetworkInstalling,Configuringandoperatesrouted LAN&routedWANConfiguringIP, BGP, OSPF, RIP,IGRP,EIGRP.

vCreating users, groups and setting up policy for a user's andgroups.

vConfiguration and Troubleshooting of Cisco Switching protocols (RSTP, PVST) Perform data backups and disaster recoveryoperation.

vAnalysisofLAN network/SD-WANtodeterminenetworkperformanceproblems.Providedsolutionsand documentation.

vConfiguration and Troubleshooting of VLAN, VTP, VDC, VPC for Cisco switches, IOS upgrading of routers andswitches.

vCarrying out DR (Disaster Recovery) test for both connectivity and devices for everymonth

vInvestigating, diagnosing, and resolving all network issues by coordinating withusers.

vReplacing the network hardware in case of failures and upgradation.

vDeploying Cisco Routers and Switches as per the projectrequirement.

vCoordinating with ISP vendors in case of linkfailure

vNetwork connectivitytroubleshooting

vIn-Depth Knowledge on Routing and SwitchingProtocols.

vExperience in Deploying and Managing Cisco Viptela based SDWANInfrastructure.

vDeep understanding of the functionality and operations of ViptelaSDWAN Components (vBond,vSmart,vManage). Versa Components Versa Director, Versa Concerto, Versa Analytics, Versa Titan

vUnderstanding of Overlay and Underlayconcepts.

vExperience in creating/Modifying Configuration templates in CiscoSDWAN.

vIn-Depth Understand of Switching Protocols like VLAN, STP, Aggregationetc.

vExperience in packet tracer tools like Wiresharketc.

vClear understanding ofTCP/IP

vExperience in handling routing platforms like. ASR and ISR series Ciscorouters.

vResponsible for managing/monitoring/troubleshooting the SDWAN, FMC and Network Infrastructure in theDC, DR and branchlocations.

vResponsible for Coordinating with the OEM to resolve P1issues.

vAll IT assets irrespective of installed or third-party vendor installed, the engineer support must be provided by the resources as vendormanagement.

vResponsible for work on Vulnerability component

Requirements

vOversee the overall operations of the network infrastructure, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

vEnsure high availability and performance of the network.

vImplement best practices and standards for network operations.

vCoordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues.

vLead the response and resolution efforts for major incidents impacting network services.

vCoordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to minimize downtime and restore services.

vConduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures.

vDevelop and maintain business continuity plans for network operations.

vIdentify critical network components and implement redundancy measures.

vConduct regular drills and tests to ensure readiness for potential disruptions.

vEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

vCollaborate with internal and external auditors for compliance audits.

vImplement corrective actions and recommendations to address audit findings.

vLead and mentor a team of network operations professionals.

vSet performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

vFoster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

vIdentify training and development needs and facilitate skill enhancement programs.
