Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead partner onboarding and finalize program details collaboratively.
Oversee end-to-end admissions processes including fee structuring, NPF configuration, document verification, and enrolment tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams (Admissions, CRM, Academic Affairs) to streamline operations.
Manage student onboarding, orientations, and OJT agreements across all partnered programs.
Drive partner engagement through regular communication, updates, orientations, and grievance resolution.
Ensure strict compliance with branding guidelines, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update MIS dashboards, perform fee reconciliations, and generate reports for leadership and partners.
