Position: Manager / Sr. Manager Marketing (International & Domestic) Products: Pharma Intermediates Markets: USA, Europe, South America, Japan & Korea + India (Domestic) Location: Mumbai Job Profile: Responsible for looking after Marketing activities of USA, Europe, South America, Japan & Korea + India (Domestic) for Pharma Intermediates. Grow the International & Domestic business by developing strategies, using current and new global contacts to expand and increase sales opportunities. Generate new customer database of pharmaceutical industry and start communication with new customers. Define & execute business strategies for the international business. Business Analysis & Development - Diligently access business operations to determine sustainability, competitive positioning and revenue opportunities. Review Old Business which has been discontinued and Develop new Business domestically and internationally. Making long term contracts with domestic and international companies for the products for APIs also New product development as per customer demand. Conduct market mapping, generating enquiries and checking costing and pricing as per technical requirement. Present monthly, quarterly review for the product and market and identify / execute opportunities to optimize commercially. Regularly communicate with existing customer and supplier. Desired Profile: Candidate should have Graduate / MBA / MMS / PGDBA (Marketing / Business) with 8 to 12 yrs in International Marketing professional looking for a fast paced, performance oriented growth. Must have exposure of USA, Europe, South America, Japan & Korea countries. Must have experience of working in Intermediate Marketing in international region. Must have strong chemistry base background with marketing skill. Ability to develop and maintain short to long-term strategic forecasts and plans to increase efficiency and profit. Fluent in English and strong coordinating skills. Should have excellent Written Communication Skills in English. Should have hands on focus on customer centricity.
