Role & responsibilities The manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the online product catalog for the company's e-commerce platform. This role involves ensuring that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for searchability and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and experience in e-commerce content management. Key Responsibilities: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and implement solutions that enhance the e-commerce platform's functionality and performance in order to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Managing operational activities with primary focus on nurturing sales channel partnerships and optimizing e-commerce platforms. Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue by leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making across digital marketing scope & its operation. Engage with clients to identify key strategic challenge(s) and business, marketing and digital needs to be addressed. Implement best practices for user experience, conversion optimization, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with data protection and online security regulations. Strong leadership qualities by mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
