Key Responsibilities:

Own and enhance the payment gateway system, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Identify opportunities to innovate and improve the user experience within payment processes.
Research and integrate new payment technologies to stay ahead in the fintech landscape.
Drive automation and scalability of payment systems to support business growth.
Implement robust fraud detection and prevention measures.
Serve as the point of contact for banks, payment processors, and other financial partners.
Work closely with internal teams, including tech, operations, and compliance, to align payment initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirement:

5+ years in payment operations or payment product management, preferably in fintech or P2P lending.
Proven expertise in managing payment gateways, reconciliations, and settlements.
Strong understanding of payment systems, including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS.

Desirable Skills:

Ability to run Payments as a Business Unit.
