Responsible for design and implement Rewards & Benefits strategy and Recognition blueprints that provide real value for our colleauges and are well communicated. Role & responsibilities: Leading the Total Rewards function by designing and implementing compensation structure, policies and procedures that strive to ensure that our pay is fair, simple, sustainable & competitive and that our benefits are relevant, providing real value for colleagues and recognises colleagues for outstanding performance. Providing inputs to Group Rewards teams to frame rewards blueprint for the organisation wide initiatives, supporting them with market relevant data and insights. Conduct Benchmarking exercises, Annual reviews, Benefits review etc. Drive Recognition programmes through cost-benefit analysis. Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence. Leading a high performing team and collborating with cross functional teams by providing expertise on matters releated to Total Rewards. Initiates and designs continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams. Accountable for achieving teams objectives, stakeholder management and escalation management. Actively identify and manage relationships with expert external partners. Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans. Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
