Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead partner onboarding processes and finalize program-related details
Oversee end-to-end admissions workflow, including fee configuration, NPF setup, document verification, and enrolment tracking
Collaborate with internal departments (Admissions, CRM, Academic Affairs) for seamless operational execution
Manage student onboarding activities, orientation planning, and execution of OJT agreements across partner programs
Drive continuous partner engagement through orientations, updates, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with data protection policies, branding guidelines, and regulatory standards
Maintain and update MIS dashboards for leadership insight and decision-making
Conduct fee reconciliation and prepare timely operational reports for internal and external stakeholders
