Role Overview: As a Senior Manager overseeing IT operations at the ETO, your main responsibility is to lead a team in managing Oracle ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of full-time employees and contingent workers, both remotely and on-site. - Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with staff to provide mentorship for improvement and career development. - Track and review individual goals and project progress, offering mentorship on stretch goals and opportunities. - Complete performance reviews and assist in crafting personal development plans. - Ensure strict adherence to global, regional, and local policies to maintain quality and compliance. - Manage Agile DevOps processes. - Translate details into specific tasks to accomplish objectives effectively. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in ERP Delivery Management, including direct management or team-leading roles. - 10+ years of experience in a complex technical organization. - Demonstrated ability to lead projects, delegate tasks effectively, and manage a team of systems analysts in OTC, SCM, and Finance. - Collaboration with the Architecture team to develop solutions meeting business requirements. - Active participation and technical leadership in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and Post-Mortem Reviews. - Efficient and smooth execution of operational Oracle ERP Project tasks following Agile methodology. - Achievement of all Metrics (SLAs) by ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely completion of functional aspects of Improvements and Projects. - Collaboration with internal Group IT and business partners. - Supervision of internal and external vendor teams to ensure timely delivery of Change Requests. - Management of vendor SOWs for project and support work, including coordination with vendors for resource selection and approval processes. - Openness to travel up to 25%. - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP, R12 ERP systems, ASCP, and Demantra deployment.
