Job Description

The candidate is expected to work in the privacy and compliance vertical within information security team
Will be responsible for providing the leadership, facilitation, planning, analysis, and design tasks related to the development of an overall, secure IAM solution for Consilio.
Will lead a team of IAM analysts and technicians
Collaborates with cybersecurity and technical teams to define, establish, maintain and manage access and identities.
This position works closely with IT team members, cybersecurity operations and responders, business units, and third parties.
Establishes best practice IAM principles and adopts them to support provisioning, deprovisioning and changes that are easily tracked, reported and reviewed to follow established policies
The candidate is expected to collaborate with global business operations and support functions to assess effectiveness of information security controls and provide recommendations for continual security enhancements
The candidate should have good communication and presentation skills, can work well independently and with other teams, and be available for travel on an as needed basis
Ability to think clearly and articulate your vision with the appropriate technical depth

Responsibilities

Provides leadership and daily management of IAM team members, including goal setting and performance management.
Drives planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.
Creates and maintains standards surrounding documentation related to identity processes, procedure, and infrastructure.
Creation of system security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Assesses current applications and architecture to ensure current implementations align with industry guidelines, best practices, and management approved standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree
5-10+ years management experience in a IT and security-related field
Experience or knowledge of Cyber Security & Privacy Frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2 Type2, etc.
Knowledge or experience of identity technologies and concepts.
Experience of Active Directory, Azure AD, Single-Sign On (SSO), and Federated Identities.
