Sr. Manager-HR - Business Process

As a Sr. Manager-HR at India's No.1 HR SaaS company, your role will involve aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance and growth. You will be responsible for leveraging HR data for decision-making, tracking key performance metrics, managing employee concerns while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and driving HR initiatives through effective leadership and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: - This will be an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring exceptional ownership and accountability. - Demonstrate smart problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. - Experience in driving and managing performance cycles effectively. - Proficiency in reporting and Dashboard using Excel. - Strong track record of designing and implementing employee engagement strategies. - Plan and execute employee reward programs effectively. Qualification Required: - MBA/PGDM specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - High proficiency level in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and similar tools.
