1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives. 2. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees. 3. Manage performance appraisal systems, goal settings (KRA/KPI), and employee development plans. 4. Identify training needs and coordinate employee training & development programs. 5. Monitor employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling. 6. Maintain statutory compliance under labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). 7. Drive initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee satisfaction. 8. Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including housekeeping, transport, security, and office maintenance. 9. Ensure proper upkeep of office infrastructure, assets, and utilities. 10. Manage vendor contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness in procurement and services. 11. Develop and update HR policies and procedures as per statutory requirements. 12. Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and records. 13. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
