Job Description

As a Senior Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic oversight and leadership within the Global Operational Planning team. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving the strategy development and deployment process for Global Operational Planning in alignment with internal and external stakeholders - Proactively developing and managing the project pipeline and resources to meet the ambitions for Global Operational Planning - Continuously improving operational planning processes, systems, and interfaces in collaboration with key stakeholders - Managing a team of specialists, setting clear goals and KPIs for both the team and individual members - Leading and overseeing complex projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field; consultancy and industrial background preferred - Minimum 14+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain processes, operational planning, and inventory management - Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams and driving high-performance cultures - Strong analytical skills and ability to convey a strong need for change to key stakeholders - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in project management methodologies, planning software, lean methodologies, and performance management Join Novo Nordisk, a leading global healthcare company with a legacy of driving change to defeat serious chronic diseases.
