We are inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager - All boarding, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, background verification (BGC), and employee data management. This is a strategic and people-centric role requiring strong operational leadership, compliance orientation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless employee experience.
Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership:o Ensure adherence to All-boarding onboarding/offboarding framework, policy and procedures along with knowledge of managing exist as well.o Partner with client All-boarding lead to ensure changes in All-boarding framework, policy and process are cascaded to teams on a timely basis2. Operational Oversight:o Manage the end-to-end onboarding and exit processes for new and departing employees.o Oversee background verification (BGC) processes in coordination with third-party vendors.o Ensure timely and accurate employee data entry and record management in HR systems3. Compliance and Quality Assurance:o Ensure the team drives adherence to internal policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).o Drive audits, data quality checks, and SOP governance for employee lifecycle operations.4. Team Development:o Build and nurture high-performing teams through training, mentorship, and engagement initiatives.o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.5. Stakeholder Management:o Collaborate with HRBPs, IT, Finance, and Facilities for cross-functional onboarding/offboarding support.o Manage external vendors for BGC and documentation services. Provide insights and recommendations to support business objectives.o Drive regular governance with client All-boarding lead provide visibility and discuss performance to SLAso Participate in transformation and other governance forums and provide inputs as required.6. Process Excellence:o Identify transformation initiatives, improvement opportunities to enhance All boarding accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.o Partner with client All-boarding Lead and transformation lead to drive transformation initiativeso Implement and partner with client and internal teams to implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:o Bachelor&rsquos degree in business, HR, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).o Relevant years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with relevant years in a leadership role.o Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and BGC.Preferred Qualifications:o Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.o Strong understanding of compliance and labor regulations.o Experience in managing third-party vendors and global HR operations.Key Skills and Attributes:.
