Job Description

Monitor and control all production related operations.
Monitor all fermentation related aspect of company along with Microbiology lab, and also responsible for maintenance of plant.
Check, improve and monitor the compliance status with respect to cGMP norms
Review production related standard operating procedures
Ensure that all laid down procedures are followed as per GMP and SOP.
Impart training to concerned employees and provide guidelines to all team members
Monitor and improve the productivity in terms of man and machine utilization
Maintain the quality of the product
Ensure inventory management of consumables
Review process related change controls
Review market complaint related to production and give technical inputs, review production related OOS, Deviations, incidences and investigate the same
Provide necessary inputs, monitor and support the validation activities
Review filled batch records, plan and execute batches
Maintain the facility in presentable and working condition.
Verification, counter check and signature of all documents related to production.
To provide solutions to marketing team in terms of their queries
