The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotech production processes and will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production operations. Responsibilities Oversee the production processes in the Biotech department ensuring compliance with industry standards. Assist in the scale-up of bioprocesses from laboratory to production scale. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of bioprocess equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient production schedules. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in biotech production or a related area.
