Job Description

As a highly experienced, result-driven, and dynamic Talent Acquisition Director at ADP, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy and driving hiring efforts for both Software Development and BPO roles across locations in India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing an aggressive and scalable hiring strategy to support rapid workforce expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives. - Leading and managing a team of recruiters and managers to foster a high-performance culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and strategic alignment. - Implementing a system-oriented approach to recruitment to ensure repeatable, scalable, and consistent processes that deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals. - Collaborating with senior leadership to understand strategic goals and align talent acquisition efforts accordingly. - Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. - Building a strong employer brand and driving initiatives to attract top talent, enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice. - Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously innovate recruitment processes. - Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and partners while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Skills and Experiences required for this role: - Minimum of 12 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Strategic thinking ability to translate business objectives into actionable recruitment plans. - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Demonstrated influencing ability to gain consensus and commitments for action. - Teamwork promotion by fostering shared purpose, trust, and collaboration across teams. - Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information frequently. - Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
