Job Description

Currently, AGCO is seeking a Senior Manager, AI & Data Systems Architecture to lead the design, creation, and evolution of system architectures for AI, analytics, and data systems within the organization. As the Senior Manager, AI & Data Systems Architecture, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and other IT professionals to create architectures that support cutting-edge AI and data initiatives. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end architecture for AI and data systems, designing and implementing data infrastructure and AI platforms, championing cloud adoption strategies, and driving the continuous improvement and evolution of data and AI architectures to meet emerging business needs and industry trends. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in data architecture, AI systems, or cloud infrastructure, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. You should also possess deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Databricks, as well as familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and AI systems within those solutions. Additionally, you should have expertise in data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, real-time data streaming, and batch processing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive architecture initiatives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree or relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred.
