Sr Manager - Cybersecurity - Products

Role Overview: As a Solution Engineer at Tata Communications, you will be responsible for supporting solution design, development, and implementation for specific business opportunities in the Cloud & Security domain. You may lead important projects, providing guidance to project team members to ensure quality outcomes. Your role is crucial in delivering results that directly impact solution engineering for the assigned account/business. Key Responsibilities: - Provide solutioning support to sales teams in the region/function. - Assist bid team in preparing responses to technical aspects of RFP. - Understand pricing mechanisms and assist sales team in building commercial inputs. - Prepare technical sales materials such as collateral, quotation, timeline, project plan, and solution proposals. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to create required solutions to enhance service offerings. - Develop Use cases and BOQ documents. - Offer L4 support to Operations for any design or repeated issues requiring Engineering intervention. - Conduct POCs and demos as per customer requirements, design migration plans, and support project management in generating project implementation plans. - Engage in periodic sessions with identified partners to understand new product features that benefit customers and their product roadmap. Qualifications Required: - Ability to understand business goals and map them to technical requirements. - Exposure to working on RFP cases. - Knowledge of creating HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design). - Good understanding of use cases and the ability to create solutions related to them. - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio. - Understanding of technology and services related to the domain.,
