Sr. Manager – Corporate Relations (Insurance Broking)

Key Requirements:

• Must be from

  Insurance Broking industry only

• Minimum

  5 years’ Business Development

  experience in corporate insurance broking
• Strong

  corporate connections

  in the market (SME & Enterprise clients)
• Proven record in

  revenue generation & client acquisition

• Consistency

  – min 3 years with one company
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

• Build & maintain strong relationships with corporate clients (EB & Non-EB)
• Lead business development initiatives & drive revenue growth
• Conduct market research & identify new client opportunities
• Prepare proposals & RFQs, negotiate terms with insurance providers
• Deliver business closures as per quarterly/annual targets
• Maintain MIS reports & support strategic expansion (including new branch setups PAN India)
