Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Channel Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize channel partnerships, drive revenue growth, and enhance market presence. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the channel sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on achieving revenue targets and creating tailored proposals, presentations, and demonstrations. - Leading the Channel sales team across multiple product offerings and geographies. - Tracking and analyzing key sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate channel performance. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive sales growth. - Developing effective lead generation strategies through various channels such as social media and industry events. - Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging trends. - Managing proposals preparation & tracking until the client onboarding process. - Maintaining the CRM (Zoho) for data accuracy and streamlined sales processes. - Implementing channel training programs to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills. Key Skills required for this role include a strong understanding of Channel Sales Strategy, experience in creating and handling a B2B Channel network, excellent negotiation skills, strong convincing capabilities, team management skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate should have a minimum education level of BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. in any stream, with an added advantage of an MBA or any management degree. Additionally, you should have 7-10 years of overall sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years of channel experience in a B2B environment. Experience in Sustainability, Water, Environment, or Energy domain is preferred.
