Job Description

As a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with 6-10 years of experience, you have the opportunity to join our Services Sales team as Sr. Manager Business Development, Secure Power Services (Cooling Products Specialist) based in Mumbai/Pune. You will report to the head of Business Development - FS, Greater India zone. Your role will require a high level of knowledge on technical aspects of Cooling Products of Schneider, particularly Precision Air Cooling (PAC) brand like Uniflair or equivalent, as well as overall electrical system and services solutions. You will focus on modernization, spare parts, recurring services, consulting, retrofit solutions, and more. Your essential duties and responsibilities will include planning the deployment of a consultative selling strategy aligned with the global strategy, identifying customer needs, supporting sales teams across different regions, selecting appropriate solution offers based on customer business nature, and analyzing market awareness such as competitor landscape, trends, and pricing. You will be responsible for leading the cooling product portfolio, including Uniflair/Chillers, within Schneider Electric. Your main interactions will involve internal teams such as OSSR/ISSR Sales Team, Tendering, Consulting & Digital Services, and external interactions with EU Customers. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6-10 years of work experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, matrix management and collaboration skills, the ability to influence and convince both internally and externally, and the capability to build sustainable relationships with customers. A thorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle of the product is crucial. Qualifications for this position include a BE/B Tech degree, with an MBA being preferred but not mandatory. This is a full-time position based in Maharashtra, Mumbai, with an ongoing unposting date.,
